We only collect your email address, and only if you join the waitlist.
We use it to send you a welcome email and one email when HabitHer launches on iPhone.
We never sell your email or share it for advertising.
This website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Ask us at any time and we will delete your email.

1. Who we are

HabitHer ("we", "us") runs this website, habither.com. If you have any question about your data, email us at connect@habither.com.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address and the date you joined. Nothing else.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time to keep the website secure.

3. How we use your email

To send you a welcome email when you join.
To send you one email when HabitHer launches on iPhone.

We will not send you anything else unless you agree to it. We use your email because you gave us your consent when you joined the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who handles your data for us

Google stores the waitlist (Google Sheets) and sends our emails (Gmail).
Cloudflare hosts this website.

They only process your email on our behalf. Your data may be stored on servers outside your country. Where that happens, these providers use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email until we send the launch email, and for up to 6 months after that. Then we delete the waitlist. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your email at any time. Every email we send has a way to opt out. If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Age

HabitHer is made for adults. If you are under 18, please do not join the waitlist.

8. The HabitHer app

This policy covers this website and the waitlist only. The HabitHer app will have its own privacy policy, shown on the App Store at launch.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
